Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the development and strengthening of communication skills among students. Having communication skills is an important part of the necessary equipment for the proper functioning of various social roles. Some students have so much communication skills and use it in an effective way that attracts everyone, and some also cause people to escape because of the lack or weakness of effective communication skills. Learning communication skills can enhance the performance of teachers, students, and practitioners in education. Education will not be meaningless, and teachers will notice at the very beginning that one of the first and most important issues is the way of communicating with the student, and the presence of many communication skills in teachers helps them achieve the goal. . Most classroom learning and learning is done through interaction. Teachers have contacts with multiple students or students connect with teachers or other students. Class interaction not only serves the achievement of educational goals but also serves as a mechanism through which teachers and students identify their personal and social goals; interaction is the main type of activity in the class, and the major part of the class time is engaged in interaction Gets In this research, Barton's Communication Skill Assessment Questionnaire, Jay. E (1990) was used. The content validity and structure of the questionnaire were reviewed and verified. The data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and T-correlation tests. The results showed that the skill score of the students in the pretest was 13/80, which increased to 18/30 in the post-test, and this increase is statistically significant (007./0 = p).
