The Effect of Mindfulness on Students' Anger and Happiness

Abctract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mindfulness on the anger and happiness of students in the field of experimental research, with pre-test and post-test design with control group. A sample of 40 individuals was randomly selected and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. Data were collected from Oxfield and Oxford Happiness Questionnaires. Also, 2-hour 10sessions of Mindfulness Education, Univariate Covariance Analysis, showed that 68/64 and 44/68of mind awareness had a significant effect on students' anger and happiness, therefore, the use of mindfulness as a useful method It can be used to reduce anger and increase student happiness Children
