Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education approach on schema therapy on job excitement and job boredom of teachers of Tehran. The method of this study was semi-experimental in a pre-test and post-test design with one experimental and one control group. The statistical population included all female elementary school teachers in Tehran in school year 97-96. Among them, 30 were selected as sample and placed in two control and experiment groups of 15.The experimental group was trained but contor did not receive any intervention. The sampling method was recemose. To collect data , job excitement Salunova and Shufley questionnaire (2004) and Vadanovic kas job boredom (1990) questionnaire was used . Data were analyezed by Multivariate covariance analysis .The results showed that education schema therapy is effective on job excitement   and job boredom of teachers of Tehran.
