Relationship Between Religious Attitude and Marital Satisfaction (Case Study: Married Students of Bushehr University of Applied Sciences)

Abstract

In this research, in order to investigate the relationship between religious attitude and marital satisfaction of the married students of Bushehr University of Applied Sciences, after conducting the preliminary stages and reviewing the theoretical foundations of the research, Levine field theory was selected as the theoretical framework of the present study. The method used in this research is a survey method and data collection method through a structured questionnaire with a sample of 120 randomly selected individuals. According to the findings of this research, there is a significant relationship between the dependent variable of marital satisfaction and the independent variables of religious attitude, age, family income and education. The results of regression show that three variables of family income, religious attitude and education predict 54 percent of variance in marital satisfaction.
