Investigating death from the viewpoint of the Quran and psychology

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine and compare the similarities and differences between the two perspectives of the Quran and psychology about death, exposure, therapeutic goals, and therapeutic-care approaches to dying patients and death mourns. Death has a complex concept that can be associated with a lot of pain and suffering. Comparing these two views, psychologists on death and how to deal with the pain and suffering of death, with the Holy Qur'an, which is believed by Muslims to be the most comprehensive (Ma'edeh / 3) and moderate (Baqar / 143) method of life, which is the basic principles It will be remarkable for all divine religions (Nisaa / 162). With this in mind, this study aims to investigate death from the point of view of the Quran and psychology, and what factors affect the creation and reduction of fear and anxiety from death. The method of this research is an analytical descriptor that attempts to focus on the existing verses and traditions and the psychological viewpoint of death. The results showed that both views emphasize human desire for immortality and fear of death, and agree that the type of emotional reactions of individuals in the face of death and its acceptance depends on their behavior, personality structure and coping ability with issues and problems The past has life. But the main difference between these two views is the belief in or lack of belief in post-mortem life, which makes a difference in the definition of the operational quality of death, the therapeutic goals, and the type of exposure to death and death.
