 Security has a long history and its history goes back to society and society. The concept of security in its mental dimension, the same lack of a threat to the values ​​of the ruling in a society and in its mental plane, is the same sense of security. Social security is one of the most important means of preserving the life of social groups against the overriding and monopolistic power deviations.

 Social security is the protection of social identities. The most important features of social security include integrity, incoherence, justice, liberty, progress and progress. The main purpose of this paper is to examine the role of the state and its policies in social security and prevent deviations in society.

Therefore, social deviations from the concept of inappropriate behaviors to social values, on the one hand, cause functional impairment in various social and value spheres, and, on the other hand, prevent the achievement of the goals of the state, which is social security, on the other.

In order to control and reduce social disturbances and social deprivation, the government should focus on the attitude of central health and attention to social harm, rather than focusing solely on social harm, on appropriate policies at different levels of prevention, including informing and awareness-raising The aim of the society is to promote people's health, provide appropriate and interventive services to socially vulnerable people and empower social rehabilitation with the aim of returning them to a healthy and independent life and preventing their re-engagement with harm.
