Abstract:

Due to the growing number of computer games, we have been looking at one of the dimensions of the digital industry, including computer games, and it is a look at the legal issues of the industry that may be due to its lesser attention. From the writing of the present research, we examine one of the legal issues related to computer games. In this paper, we discuss the intellectual property of computer games, and we are going to discuss two major questions in this regard and explain the answer to these two questions in a comprehensive definition. Take ownership of the property. So what follows in this study and clarifies our goal to address this research is to answer two questions: 1. Is the intellectual property of computer games transmitted? And what if there is such a possibility, what kind of contract did you have to consider? And the answer to the question about computer games that require the idea of ​​several groups is intellectual ownership of who and ultimately of the rights Who should support the intruders? The answer to these two questions is that we will first launch the series at the National Computer Games and examine the intellectual property of computer games there as well as studying the rights of the lawyer We have come to find out how we should use the intellectual property of computer games in order to be able to deal with it. And also we came across a variety of sources to find out who plays the key to the creation and creation of computer games, and who owns the intellectual property of it.
