Abstract:
Considering the acceleration of changes in various economic and social spheres and the increasing competition between industrial and service organizations, today, productivity and job commitment of manpower have become a decisive factor, because the life and survival of each occupation is proportional to the rate of achievement of productivity. Be Managers need to determine the causes for their effectiveness in evaluating and solving the problems of productivity and job engagement. Simply put, employees should be somewhat interested in working and doing it. Using superior human resources as a weapon to improve organizational efficiency and job commitment is a new dimension in managing job behavior.So today, many of the actions and behaviors of managers and employees are affected by moral values. Failure to pay attention to professional ethics and work in the management of organizations, in societies like Iran, which has a significant difference on the one hand with rich ethical values ​​and, on the other hand, advanced countries, can create major problems for organizations. In addition, with increasing social expectations from organizations, communities have become more sensitive to issues such as the environment, citizen's rights, employment equality and human resource degradation. Failure of organizations to respect these rights and non-compliance with ethical principles in dealing with stakeholders can create problems for the organization and question the legitimacy of the organization and its actions, thereby affecting the success of the success and effectiveness. Weak professional ethics are effective on people's attitudes toward work, organization and managers and can affect individual, group and job performance. Organizations must first identify the status of the professional ethics, ie, what are their employees 'perceptions, values ​​and beliefs, in order to institutionalize their members' ethics.
Indeed, the actual productivity of a working group can be attributed to the difference in its potential productivity and the losses caused by incorrect processes over a certain period of time. When the actual productivity of a working group increases, the members of that group work effectively together. What is more and more relevant in this research is the examination of all aspects of professional ethics and the commitment and professional commitment of the judiciary staff, given the Demographic features.
